Small Group Personal Training At Body Structure Medical Fitness Facility
All classes promote:
* Interval style training which is the best option for fat burn, increasing your metabolism, and ultimately weight loss
* Polar heart rate monitoring to encourage all fitness levels, individual goals, and results oriented feedback
* Energetic music in non-intimidating atmosphere
* Accountability and camaraderie encouraged by small group and trainer
Body Sculpt……Strength training using techno circuit system, cable pulleys, free weights and cardio equipment
F.I.T.…. Strength training using functional exercises and free weights
LSR…. Metabolic training using pulley systems spin bikes and row machines
Foundation…. Balance, flexibility, and strength training using full body exercises

Body Sculpt (50 min.) Want to get a full body workout in? Toning AND Cardio?? Then this is the class for you! This class concentrates on set repetitions within a time frame for weight training purposes and longer cardiovascular components interspaced. Can involve upper and/or lower body work during the sculpting portion of the class using various equipment.
F.I.T. (50 min): Would you like to become more functional in your day to day activities? Would you like to reduce your risk of injury and learn proper body mechanics while you work out? If so, then FIT is for you! Functional interval training is set in a circuit style class, allowing each participant to move at their own pace. A timing system is used to calculate a predetermined work and rest interval. This class will monitor movement patterns and assess/correct any imbalances you may have.
LSR (50 min) Lift, Spin, and Row: Interval style training designed to train each individual in aerobic and anaerobic capacities while monitoring the heart rate with a Polar H7. Workouts are designed using fundamental, functional movements to strengthen the entire body and enhance metabolic burn throughout the day. This low impact class is ideal for any fitness level.
Foundation Class (30 min) Full Body Workout: A class designed to optimize flexibility, improve balance, and increase overall muscular strength and endurance. This class is ideal for beginners.
*Balance (50 min) Aerobic and Resistance Training: A group class offered to individuals that are 65+ looking for a lower-impact, medium intensity class that focuses on coordination, posture and general strength. This class is private and limited to only 4 participants per class. Check to see if we have a spot available!
Start your own private class. You and a group of friends can start your own class! We will help develop the style and protocol for the class based on the overall needs of the group. Minimum number of participants to start your own class is 4 people.
