Small Group Personal Training

All classes promote:

  • Interval style training which is the best option for fat burn, increasing your metabolism, and ultimately weight loss.
  • Polar heart rate monitoring to encourage all fitness levels, individual goals, and results oriented feedback.
  • Energetic music in non-intimidating classroom atmosphere.
  • Accountability and camaraderie encouraged by small group and trainer.

BootCamp:   Strength training using functional exercises and free weights

LSR:   Metabolic training using pulley systems spin bikes and row machines

Circuit:   Endurance training using machine weights

Foundation:   Balance, flexibility, and strength training using full body exercises

* Our highly credentialed personal trainers will provide individual instruction, great programming, and a stimulating environment to enhance long-term results!

BootCamp (50 min): A class designed to improve strength and endurance. Using a variety of resistance equipment, workouts are always dynamic and rarely duplicated. They utilize proven progressive training methods to optimize strength gains while simultaneously elevating heart rate to optimize caloric burn.

LSR (50 min) Lift, Spin, and Row: Interval style training designed to train each individual in aerobic and anaerobic capacities while monitoring the heart rate with a Polar H7. Workouts are designed using fundamental, functional movements to strengthen the entire body and enhance metabolic burn throughout the day. This low impact class is ideal for any fitness level.

Circuit (min): A circuit class designed to develop proper training techniques using resistance machines to minimize risk. Using progressive training methods, the focus is on both muscular strength and endurance. This class is ideal for beginners.

Foundation Class (30 min) Full Body Workout: A class designed to optimize flexibility, improve balance, and increase overall muscular strength and endurance. This class is ideal for beginners.

*Balance (50 min) Aerobic and Resistance Training: A group class offered to individuals that are 65+ looking for a lower-impact, medium intensity class that focuses on coordination, posture and general strength. This class is private and limited to only 4 participants per class. Check to see if we have a spot available!

Start your own private class. You and a group of friends can start your own class! We will help develop the style and protocol for the class based on the overall needs of the group. Minimum number of participants to start your own class is 4 people.
