(50 min. /12 participants max) Lift, Spin and Row: Designed to train each individual in aerobic and anaerobic capacities while being monitored through their target heart rate zone with Polar H7. This creates a metabolic burn that extends throughout the day also called EPOC (Extended Post Oxygen Consumption.) It is a circuit training style where you will be at lift, spin and row for a maximum of 8-12 minutes. Core work will be implemented throughout the class with a cool down at the end.
