"Fitness and training has always been a part of my life since I wrestled and played club soccer in school.

During my four years in the Marine Corps, I earned my black belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP), became a rescue swimmer, and water survival instructor (MCIWS). As I continued my fitness journey, I realized that a strong mind can build a strong body. I push myself harder everyday to accomplish something I could not the day before.

As I worked to my rank of Corporal, I was a Fire team leader of a dozen Marines and was responsible for their physical and mental health. I helped transform many overweight personnel into required standards by instructing daily physical training and proper nutrition. In this I found my natural talent and passion for helping others with their fitness and health goals. This motivated me to attain my personal training certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and continue my studies for a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Transylvania University.

I am passionate about helping other set and reach their goals, and most importantly, I truly love what I do! As a trainer I believe in following three core values:
