Kyle has always gravitated toward a life of healthy living and fitness. This passion began at a young age with sports such as swimming, track and field, and cross country. After entering college, he found his niche within the Kinesiology and Health Promotions major and implemented these teachings into his own life. Kyle enjoys weight lifting, circuit training, yoga, bouldering, running, swimming, and hiking in order to stay fit and healthy. Kyle is determined to help clients by keeping them on a scheduled fitness plan and pushing them to achieve their goals. He is methodical in creating and selecting fitness plans by applying programs he has learned or had personal successes with. Kyle believes that being healthy is an attainable goal and will lead to an overall better, more enjoyable life.
