He enjoys assisting all his clients achieve components of physical fitness related to their health, such as cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and body composition. He has worked in many settings, wearing many hats in the field of health and wellness. Mitchell has practical experience in dietetics, corporate wellness, public health, strength and conditioning, and he has assisted the University of Kentucky football and baseball teams with their nutrition pertaining to sports performance and recovery.
