We take a client-centered approach towards your consultation: incorporating your priorities under professional guidance. This process begins with the nutrition assessment. The nutrition assessment is designed to:
- Supply us with pertinent information regarding your food intake, nutrition habits and behaviors, lifestyle, readiness, etc.
- Gathering this information is crucial to establishing nutritional priorities and forming a plan of care. We prefer to do this prior to meeting with Mitchell in order to save you time and money. Again, most initial visits cost our entire offer and are often centered on gathering the very information found in our free assessment.
Our format is a personal, one-on-one consultation with Mitchell. You will be provided guidance and accountability by your trainer at each session (if you currently have one), online at mybodystructure.com, and in your visits with Mitchell. In these visits you can expect:
- Nutrition education
- Advice on nutrition principles, dietary plans, food selection, and food preparation
- Guidance for bridging the gap between knowledge and daily practice
