"From a young age I have always enjoyed being active. My passion for sports began with soccer, and later my focus became cross country and track, with an emphasis on sprinting. It was in high school that I was introduced to the weight room and this ignited my passion for strength and conditioning.

In the past few years instructing Zumba and Spinning, I have enjoyed helping women build cardiovascular endurance, strength, and healthy body image. Through Spinning I also had the opportunity to train the University’s soccer and tennis teams during their off-season. In addition to this, I worked in Asbury University’s Athletic Training room for three years. Here I had many opportunities to train athletes, and gain experience in rehab and preventative exercises for students with various injuries. I also had the chance to intern with EXOS at the Googleplex in California, where I obtained vast experience in corporate wellness, training people of many different age groups and nationalities.

Today, I personally continue to reach for new goals in the weight room. I love to bike and run, usually focusing on sprinting workouts. I am an avid outdoors-lover, and spend most of my weekends hiking or climbing.

All of these experiences have fueled my passion for people and strength and conditioning. My goal as a trainer is to empower and educate my clients to reach their full potential. I am passionate about seeing people reach their goals and accomplish ones they never thought were possible."
