Nikki's commitment to helping others, her compassionate spirit, and her drive for self-improvement make her an integral part of the Body Structure team. She recently relocated to Kentucky, bringing with her a wealth of life experiences and a passion for empowering individuals to safely improve their function and overall health.

As a single mother who raised her children while navigating a lifelong disability, Nikki deeply understands the challenges of juggling life’s demands, coping with pain, and finding motivation. Her journey into fitness began at the age of 20 when she discovered the transformative power of movement through various forms of exercise. These activities not only strengthened her body but also sharpened her mind, helping her overcome personal obstacles and thrive.

Today, Nikki is a certified Personal Trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise and Nutrition. She champions functional fitness, preparing clients for life’s everyday demands—not just for success in the gym. Her personalized approach ensures that clients feel challenged, supported, and inspired as they work toward their health goals. Nikki believes in fitness as a lifelong journey, embodying the philosophy that "life is a marathon, not a sprint." She is dedicated to helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence every step of the way.

In her free time, Nikki enjoys working out, hiking, spoiling her dog, watching UFC, and exploring local shops. She’s excited to guide you on your fitness journey and help you live a healthier, more functional life.
