Dina's athletic journey began in Russia, where at the age of 14, she earned the title Master of Sport for Rhythmic Gymnastics. Her talent and determination led her to many gold, silver, and bronze medals in international competitions, including multiple silver medals in Soviet nationals and the distinguished title of Absolute Moscow Champion.
With a desire to impart her expertise, Dina started coaching other athletes. However, a pivotal moment arose when she relocated to New York City, where she discovered the Pilates method. Struggling with lower back injuries, Dina found solace and rehabilitation through Pilates, prompting her to a two-year program to study the Classical Pilates Method approach with a keen focus on Physical Therapy.
Currently, Dina is enrolled in the Bridge Advance Teacher Training Core3Pilates course., designed to enhance the integration of Pilates core principles into Physical Therapy rehabilitation emphasizing on proper alignment, breathing control, relaxation techniques, and core muscle strengthening.

Brandon is an awe-inspiring individual whose passion for motivating others knows no bounds. With an unwavering dedication to detail, he leaves no stone unturned in his quest to inspire and uplift those around him. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, he pursued his Personal Trainer Certification. Brandon later embarked on an exhilarating journey, as he returned to Physical Therapy Assistant school to expand his already impressive toolbox, equipping himself with an arsenal of knowledge to empower individuals in their pursuit of a healthier and more vibrant existence.
