Ky a highly experienced Pilates practitioner with decades of experience and extensive certifications, embodies a true team spirit. Her ability to empathize with individuals enables her to create personalized plans of care, helping them overcome barriers they may have struggled with previously.

Ky's sports journey began at age six, joining championship soccer teams and later excelling in disciplines such as gymnastics, swimming, taekwondo, and cross country. At the University of Cincinnati, she pushed her body's limits through cross country running and rowing, participating in various events like the Jersey Shore, Chicago, San Francisco, Pikes Peak, and three Flying Pig marathons. However, the toll of these activities on her knees, shoulders, elbows, hips, and spine eventually led her to discover Pilates .Following spinal surgery, Ky underwent Pilates-based rehabilitation and realized that the constant pain mantra of "no pain, no gain" was unsustainable. She found solace in Pilates, which provides mind-body balance, safe strength training, and healing through movement..

Now, in a supportive team environment, Ky helps individuals repair damage caused by sports or life experiences. Her dedication lies in supporting individuals on their Pilates journey, fostering growth, healing, restoring the body's rhythm, and improving overall health. Ky eagerly addresses any questions, wholeheartedly committed to helping you lead a healthier life.
