I started working for Body Structure in 2008 as the facility opener. I really enjoyed and appreciated being the first friendly face people saw in the morning. I am currently at Body Structure most of the day helping customers and co-workers with a variety of activities including; responding to questions, scheduling customers for their appointments, and receiving and processing payments. I also facilitate the admission process for new physical therapy patients before their appointments.

Customer service has become a huge part of my job and I really take it seriously. I love being able to interact with all customers and getting to know who they are personally. I approach each day with a smile and a positive attitude. I look forward to the opportunity to make each customer’s day a bit better by sharing my optimism and goodwill,
