Adam grew up in Winchester, Kentucky, attended Lexington Catholic High School, and Asbury University for his undergraduate education. He played soccer from age five through college. He enjoys helping people move better and applying the things that he has learned through his undergraduate courses, certification courses, and years of experience working in a physical therapy clinic. Adam also enjoys playing golf and being active with his wife, Paige, and their dog, Trevor.
